There are many positions needed to work together
for the success of JCDC.
We need people who will guide individuals with disabilities on the production floor, person-centered support staff, and van drivers just to name a few. JCDC always keeps the best interest of the individual in mind and in doing this, our approach is always different. We follow guidelines and rules, making changes to programs as needed.

Job coaches are people who support an individual with a disability learn how to do their job.
Production Floor Employees-
Staff who work on the production floor guide and assist individuals with disabilities through the task of their assigned project. Sometimes these staff are called job coaches, other times their job position is called person-centered support staff.
Van drivers pick up day habilitation and production workers to provide them with transportation to services and work. West Virginia is rural and transportation is needed for many of our participants.
